Childbirth is a life-changing experience that varies greatly from person to person. Most women dream of smooth labour and normal vaginal deliveries. But sometimes, things do not always happen the way we want them to be. Childbirth can differ based on factors such as personal preferences and medical conditions.
There are several methods of childbirth:

Costs
Normal vaginal delivery
From RM 4500
Generally, the more complicated the childbirth, the higher the expenses involved. Price starts from RM 4500 for uncomplicated spontaneous labour and delivery.
Assisted vaginal delivery
From RM 6000
Some deliveries may require assistance using a vacuum extractor or forceps. The common indications are fetal distress, maternal exhaustion or prolonged pushing.
Caesarean delivery
From RM 9000
Price is from RM 9000 for planned caesarean
(ie date of caesarean booked at least 2 days prior)
Price from RM 13 000 for emergency caesarean
(ie decision made for caesarean less than 48hours from the surgery time)
